Domaine Royal. Bed and breakfast business operated by Royal Formation

1. Purpose

The supplier, Royal Formation, SIREN 482948155, 250 chemin Frédéric Mistral 30900 Nîmes, operates guest rooms at its registered office under the name Domaine Royal, with the website https://domaine-royal.fr/

These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties – Supplier and Customer – in the context of the bed and breakfast business.

2. Sales contract

The sales contract is concluded after confirmation by the Supplier to the Customer of the dates of stay and actual payment of all sums due by the Customer.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card or any other means duly accepted by the Supplier.

3. Rates

- The prices indicated include accommodation, breakfast and utilities (water, electricity, linen).

- Any additional services (meals, drinks, miscellaneous services) will be charged extra.

Tourist tax, collected on behalf of the local authority, is not included in the price displayed.

4. Cancellation or modification by the customer

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by post or email).

For cancellations and changes received more than 3 months before the date of the stay, the price will be refunded in full. For cancellations received between 3 months and 15 days before the date of the stay, 50% of the price will be refunded.

For cancellations or changes made less than 15 days prior to the date of stay, the full fee is due and non-refundable.

In the event of early departure, the price corresponding to the stay initially booked remains due in full.

5. Cancellation by the supplier

In the event of cancellation by the owner before the start of the stay, the owner will inform the customer and refund the sums paid.

The customer is not entitled to any compensation.

6. Arrival and departure

- Arrival. Rooms are available from 4 p.m. Any arrival after 8 p.m. must be reported to the owner.

- Departure. The room must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

7. Accommodation capacity

Room reservations are made for a specific number of people, either one adult or two adults.

If the number of occupants exceeds the specified capacity, the provider may refuse additional guests or charge a surcharge.

8. Use of the premises

The guest undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and to use them in accordance with their intended purpose.

All rooms and common areas are non-smoking.

Children are not permitted. The facilities are not suitable for their safety.

Animals are not accepted.

9. Liability

The provider and the owner of the premises decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property.

10. Disputes

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.

Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the supplier's place of residence.
